3 Players on whom Punjab Kings (PBKS) might use Right To Match (RTM) card:

Mohammad Shami:

Senior Indian pacer, Mohammad Shami should be their primary target going forth in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction. He looked average in the IPL 2021 however did extremely well in the previous IPL 2020. He is very good at the death where he restricted batters to score easy runs.

Besides this, Shami is the senior-most bowler in the arsenal of Punjab Kings (PBKS) and leaving him in the auction will force the franchise to buy another bowler with an equal skill set which I feel is quite a task.?

He picked 8 wickets in 8 games for PBKS in IPL 2021 while scalped 20 wickets in 14 games in the previous season in UAE.

Ravi Bishnoi:

Another Indian name that comes ahead for Punjab Kings (PBKS) is of tweaker Ravi Bishnoi. The young spinner impressed everyone with his skills in his debut season where he trapped players in his googlies and leg-spin.

Although, he was not given a chance in the first couple of games in PBKS but when he got one, he made an immediate impact. Bishnoi has a lot to offer and will prosper under the eyes of Anil Kumble in PBKS.

Last year, Bishnoi scalped 12 wickets while in Vivo IPL 2021 he picked 4 wickets in four games.

Shahrukh Khan:

The Tamil Nadu all-rounder was bought by Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the IPL 2021 Auctions for whooping INR 5.25 Crores. Shahrukh Khan did not have a lot to flex under his stats but definitely, he is a good prospect for the future.

Khan played some crucial knocks in IPL 2021. He scored 47 off 36 in his only second game when his team was struggling. He also played multiple little cameos late in the innings to power Punjab Kings to a good total.

He managed to do well for his team when he had no support from the other end. In the Vivo IPL 2021, Khan amassed 107 runs in seven innings with a average of 21.40.
