Ashes 2023: Moeen Ali returns to the test cricket after retirement for ashes series against Australia: England's one of the best all-rounders, Moeen Ali, has come out of test retirement and is included in the first two matches of the Ashes 2023 squad.?

Moeen Ali retired from test cricket in 2021, but now after Jack Leach got injured and one of the important series, Ashes 2023 is about to start in a few days, England Management recalls him.

After discussing with Skipper Ben Stokes, England's Head Coach Brendon McCullum and Managing Director Rob Key, he reversed his decision to retire from test cricket.

Moeen replaces Jack Leach, who has been ruled out of the Ashes in 2023 due to a lower back stress fracture after winning the one-off test match against Ireland. Moeen has been included in the squad for the first two matches, which will be played at Edgbaston and Lord's.

Managing Director Rob Key on Moeen Ali's comeback in Ashes 2023:

Key said, "We discussed with Moeen Ali this week about returning to Test cricket after retirement. He is happy to come back to England's test squad and play test cricket for his country again."

"Moeen's experience and his performance with both bat and ball will help England in Ashes 2023."

England Cricket team will reach Birmingham on June 12th and will start practising at Edgbaston for three days from June 13th.?It will be quite challenging for Moeen.

He has not played any test cricket match since his retirement in September 2021 but recently played franchise cricket in India with Chennai Super Kings and also comes to Warwickshire in the T20 Blast.
