Babar Azam? breaks Virat Kohli's fattest run in ODI record

As captain, Babar Azam's total score is 902 runs in altogether 12 innings. In the upcoming PAKvsWI ODI series in Multan, he scores 100 runs out of 103 balls and he will be considered the fastest player to score 1000 runs as captain in the ODIs.

There is an expectation of Babar to lead the recent ODI series of Pakistan vs West Indies in Multan. From the day, he holds the responsibility as captain of the Pakistan team, he is increasing his performance in international cricket. 

He is a new and young talent and always stays in good books to play cricket among his age group. Since his debut, he has shown continuous performance in a high graph in international cricket. Since then, he has gone in upscale bit by bit.

Currently, in ODIs and even in T20Is he is the top batter in the ranking of ICC players. Also, in Test cricket, he is in position 4th. Due to his performance in the 50-over format, he always faces the comparison with Indian batting performer Virat Kohli. 

Babar makes this big record and is on the verge to break it which was currently held by Virat Kohli (fastest 1000 runs in 17 innings). Last year in December Virat was replaced by Rohit Sharma as the new captain of the India team in ODIs. This is the fastest decision that came after he steps down in T20Is as the Indian captain.
