MS Dhoni believes in backing senior players and has a knack for bringing out the best from them in crucial situations. The likes of Dwayne Bravo, Ambati Rayudu and Robin Uthappa are prime examples of how Dhoni's brain functions.

Rayudu and Robin Uthappa are nowhere near the Indian setup, nor they were a regular player in their previous franchise, however, both flipped the tables once they entered CSK setup.

Uthappa was absolutely magnificent in the IPL 2021 final against KKR while Rayudu has time and again showed why he still is the best middle-order batsman.
