Cricket Australia Awards 2025: Full list of award winners
Cricket Australia held their annual awards on Monday (3rd February), and it saw a lot of players winning the awards. The biggest honour went to Travis Head, who was awarded the Cricketer of the Year, as he won the Allan Border Medal.
Travis Head was one of the key reasons behind Australia winning a lot of games in Tests, ODIs and T20Is. He was extremely consistent with the bat throughout the year and it was because of him the Pat Cummins-led side won the ICC World Test Championship for the second consecutive time.
Not only this, Travis Head also won the Cricket Australia's ODI Cricketer of the Year. The batter would be keen to carry on the same form this year as well and help the team win. The next assignment for him will be the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which will be played from 13th February.
Josh Hazlewood was picked as the Test Cricketer of the Year at the Cricket Australia Awards 2025. The pacer was at his best with the ball in the longest format of the game and played a huge role for the team, picking 30 wickets at just 13.16.
Adam Zampa was given the T20I Cricketer of the Year award for his heroics throughout the year. He picked 35 wickets at an average of 17.2 and an economy rate of 7.72 in the 21. Along with him, Sam Konstas was given the Best Young Cricketer of the Year award.
Sam Konstas set the stage on fire with the bat during his Test debut. He slammed a pivotal half-century against India, taking attack to Jasprit Bumrah and helping his team win the match.
