England vs Australia: Australian opener Travis Head was in great form in the first T20I match between England and Australia. Head scored a quick half-century in just 23 balls, and during this, he scored 30 runs (4, 4, 6, 6, 6, 4) in an over against Sam Curran.
A Travis-storm arose at The Rose Bowl in Southampton when Sam Curran came to bowl the fifth over of the innings. Head hit two fours in the first two balls, then three consecutive sixes and ended the over by hitting a four on the last ball.
After conceding two boundaries off the first two balls, Sam Curran tried to bowl short balls against Head but that didn't work for him. On the third ball, the Australian opener played a pull shot over the square-leg region, hit a six over the mid-wicket region off the fourth ball and aimed for the off-side boundary off the fifth ball for the six.
