ICC World Test Championship 2023?25: Following a disappointing end to the first test match in Hyderabad, the Men in Blue bounced back in pretty good fashion in the five-match test series against England as they defeated the visitors at Vizag?s ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium by a margin of 106 runs and leveled the series 1-1. Three more test matches are still left in the series, as the third test match is scheduled to be played at Rajkot?s Saurashtra Cricket Association between February 15 and February 19.

The English batters did pose a strong challenge to the bowling unit of the Men in Blue, but two quick dismissals just before lunch on day four allowed Rohit Sharma and company to take advantage. Chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav got the all-important wicket of Zak Crawley (73 runs), and seamer Jasprit Bumrah caught Jonny Bairstow (26 runs) right in front of the stumps and sent him back to the pavilion. Bumrah picked up a total of nine wickets in the second test, and he played a vital role in India?s win against England in the second test match.
