The match will commence from 9:30 am IST onwards.

The Indian Cricket Team secured a comfortable 280 run win in the opening match of the series and they would be looking to maintain their consistency by securing yet another win over Bangladesh in the upcoming game and clinch the series as well.

The opening match of the series was a really forgetful one for the veteran All-rounder, as he was not at his best and failed to perform with both ball and bat. The 37-year-old, who didn't pick up a single wicket in the 1st test, scored just 57 runs across both the innings.

However, despite his poor form, Shakib could prove to be a big-miss for the visitors as they prepare to cause an upset and level the series. So, as his participation in the 2nd is test-match is Doubtful, let's take a look at two players who might take his place in the upcoming game.

1 . Taijul Islam

If Shakib doesn't participate in the 2nd test-match versus India, then left-arm-orthodox spinner Taijul Islam might replace him as a like-for-like spin bowling-replacement for the tourists. Since the visitors don't have another spin-bowling all-rounder in their squad, they might opt to play an extra batter in order to compensate for the void Shakib will leave in the middle-order if he doesn't play in the 2nd test-match.
