IND vs ENG 2nd Test: Day 2 Stumps, England All Out at 250/10, India at 28/0, Jasprit Bumrah Took Six Wickets| India vs England 2nd Test 2024 Live:?The Day 2 of the second test match between India and England at ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam ended in favour of Indian Team as they all out England at 255 runs on the scoreboard. Therefore, As of now, England is still trailing by 143 runs, which will help the Indian Team to build more pressure on England in the second inning.
Indian Team continued the batting on Day 2, Yashasvi Jaiswal knocked his first double-century in international Test Cricket and it was very special as this century came against a strong team like England. However, the Indian Team got all out by scoring 396 runs on the scoreboard in their scoreboard. James Anderson took three wickets in his 25 overs spell including the wicket of Yashasvi Jaiswal.
England started well in the first inning in the second test match in Visakhapatnam however, they failed to carry the same momentum throughout the inning therefore England got all out by scoring just 253 runs. English Opener Zak Crawley played a fantastic inning of 76 runs in 78 balls and didn't lead Indian spinners to dominate the game on Day 2.

After scoring 336 runs with the loss of six wickets on Day 1 in the second test match in Visakhapatnam, the Indian Team ended their first inning on Day 2 by scoring 396 runs on the scoreboard in 112 overs. Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a double-century and made 209 runs in 190 balls with 19 fours and seven sixes, he single-handedly led the Indian Team to such a massive run.
From England's Bowling Department, James Anderson, Shoaib Bashir and Rehan Ahmed took three wickets each. However, England played decent cricket with bat and they could have performed better after having a good start on Day 2. Despite having a good start, the wickets kept falling from one end which didn't lead England to have good partnerships.
Zak Crawley started well and gave a good start to the team but Ben Duckett got out by scoring just 21 runs in 17 balls. The Player of the Match of the first test match Ollie Pope could score only 23 runs in 55 balls and Joe Root scored just five runs in 10 balls. England Batters failed to play big innings and they failed to tackle the Indian star pacer Jasprit Bumrah however, they played good cricket against spinners.
Ben Stokes scored 47 runs in 54 balls but this time, he too failed to convert it into the big inning. From the Indian Bowling Department, Pacer Jaspit Bumrah took six wickets in is 16 overs spell whereas Spinner Kuldeep Yadav took three wickets however Ravichandran Ashwin got wicketless in the first inning.
After the end of England's first inning, Indian Team had a lead of 143 runs but Indian Team scored runs in their second inning. Rohit Sharma scored 13 runs whereas Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 15 runs and both are still not out, they will continue the further inning on Day 3. After the end of Day 2, India have the lead of 171 runs.
