IND vs SA: The T20I series between India and South Africa ended in a draw with both the teams winning one game each. Now the focus turns towards the ODI series, which will begin from 17th December. It?ll be a three-match series and both the teams would be hoping to produce quality performances.

IND vs SA: India has named quite a few youngsters in the ODI team. Therefore we might see some players making their debut and it is expected that it?ll be a completely different Indian team this time around. It?ll be a great opportunity for youngsters to make their name 

Coming to the Indian playing XI, it is expected that Ruturaj Gaikwad will be one of the openers for the team. He has been around the Indian team for a while and he?s likely to get his opportunity now. Sai Sudarshan is expected to get his debut cap and open the innings for the team. It?ll also allow the team to have a left-right combination at the top.

Tilak Varma is likely to bat at No.3 for India in the IND vs SA first ODI. The batter has shown great promise and it?ll be a great opportunity for him to stake his claim in the main team. Shreyas Iyer and skipper KL Rahul will retain their place in the team no doubt. They are expected to bat at No.4 and No.5 respectively. 

Sanju Samson is likely to get his opportunity finally. As per the various reports it is landed that he will be keeping because skipper Rahul will play as a pure batter. He?s expected to play the role of finisher as well along with Axar Patel, who will be the all-rounder in IND vs SA. 

Kuldeep Yadav showed his brilliant skills during the IND vs SA T20I series. The leg-spinner is likely to partner Axar Patel as spinner in the team. Whereas Mukesh Kumar, Avesh Khan and Arshdeep Singh are expected to be the three pacers in the game.
