So the latest development is that this month will see yet another thrilling India vs Pakistan match. But this isn't a cricket match; it's a football game.
India is going to host the 2023 SAFF (South Asian Football Federation) Championship. From June 21 to July 4, the soccer tournament will be staged at Bengaluru's Sree Kanteerava Stadium. India and Pakistan were assigned to play together in the 2023 SAFF Championship bracket, which was drawn on Wednesday, May 17.
Two groups of four teams each were formed from the eight participating countries in the SAFF Championship. Hosts India was automatically placed in Group A prior to the draw, where they are being accompanied by Pakistan, Kuwait, and Nepal. Lebanon will be the fourth team in Group B, joining Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives, and Bangladesh.
Kuwait will take on Nepal in the inaugural match of Group A on June 21 at the SAFF Championship 2023. There is one more and the most exciting match later that day and it is India vs Pakistan. The top two teams from each group will go to the semi-finals on July 1 after the single round-robin matches. The Final will be played on July 4th after that.
