Kiwi all-rounder Kyle Jamieson will lead the all-rounder's chart, says Sachin Tendulkar.

The New Zealand humongous all-rounder Kyle Jamieson has impressed the legendary Sachin Tendulkar after his match-winning outing in the fresh ICC World Test Championship final. Tendulkar reckons that Jamieson will soon lead the all-rounder's chart in the coming time.

Jamieson used his height and slower pace to his team?s advantage as he troubled the Indian batting unit in the Test match. He made a major contribution by clipping off seven wickets by just giving away 61 runs in 44 overs.

"Jamieson is a fantastic bowler and a utility all-rounder in the New Zealand team. He is going to become one of the leading all-rounders in world cricket. When I had seen him last year in New Zealand, he impressed me with both bat and ball," Tendulkar, the former India captain said on his official YouTube channel.

Jamieson picked up the likes of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, Ishant Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah in the first innings to complete his fifer.

The legendary Sachin Tendulkar explains what qualities make the tall guy different from his other Kiwi mates.

"He is a different bowler from Southee, Boult, Wagner and de Grandhomme. This guy likes to hit the deck hard and likes to move the ball off the seam, while the others try to swing the ball away towards the slips," the former India batsman observed.

"There were a few variations where he angled his wrists and bowled a booming in-swinger. What I likes was his consistency and he never looked out of rhythm."

The former cricketer further said that his partnership with Kane Williamson in the first innings of New Zealand was crucial to put India under pressure. Jamieson scored 21 runs off his bat as he took on the bowlers right from ball one.

?His partnership with Williamson was a critical one for New Zealand. He chose to attack from ball one and used his height beautifully. A taller guy, who can get into front foot makes a big statement,? said the cricketing god.
