As of now, the BCCI is working on the IPL 2022 Mega Auction rules and regulations. None of the franchises is certain about the retention policies and the use of the Right to Match card (RTM) for the coming auction.?

Punjab Kings (PBKS) endured another failed season of the IPL where the franchise could only manage to rank sixth in the points table, having won six out of 14 matches. The team?s modest performance was the combined effort of the failure in the batting unit during the crunch situations.?

KL Rahul and his men slipped down a couple of easy wins, which could have possibly turned the odds into their favour, as the team could not play sensible cricket at the back end of the innings.

PBKS categorically denied all the claims of reports suggesting KL Rahul parting ways with the franchise, however, behind the scenes, the teams are planning to have an amicable transfer of the high profile Indian cricketer.

The 29-years old cricketer has joined team India?s bio bubble for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2021 along with Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Mohammad Shami and Jasprit Bumrah.
