PAK vs ENG: In the third and series-deciding Test-Match in the city of Rawalpindi, the Ben Stokes-led team won the toss and decided to have a bat first. After getting off to a good start, England got reduced to a score of 118/6, before wicketkeeper batsman Jamie Smith bailed them out of trouble with an impressive 89-run knock, helping his team post a score of 267 runs on the board.
In reply, the home side rode on a terrific hundred by middle-order batsman Saud Shakeel (134 runs), while the spin bowling duo of Noman Ali and Sajid Khan stepped up with the bat, scoring 45 runs and 48* runs respectively.
The duo then played a key role with the ball, picking up 10 England-wickets between them in the second inning of the tourists, inflicting an all-out on the Ben Stokes-led team for a mere score of 112 runs. Meaning, the Shaheen batters had to chase down a target of just 36 runs in the final inning.
