Pakistan's squad for the Tri Series and Champions Trophy 2025 set to be unveiled after the end of 2nd Test vs West Indies
Pakistan's Cricket governing body, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is anticipated to announce the squad of the Men's National Team for the highly-anticipates Tri-Series versus South Africa and New Zealand and the 2025 Champions Trophy soon. Both of these events are going to be played next month in February.
According to the media reports of Pakistani media, the PCB is planning to unveil the squads after the conclusion of the ongoing Second Test-Match versus the Windies in the city of Multan.
The player selection process has been completed after getting involved in extensive-consultations with the National Team selectors.
The likes of Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Kamran Ghulam, Salman Ali Agha, Shaheen Shah Afridi Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah and Abrar Ahmed, are set to be a part of the squad for both events.
Additionally, there's also a strong possibility that the trio of Khushdil Shah, Fakhar Zaman and Saud Shakeel will be also be a part of squad for the upcoming Tri-Series and Champions Trophy 2025.
While explosive batter Saim Ayub is unlikely to be feature in the squad due to his ongoing injury, the names of Aamir Jamal and Abbas Afridi are also be in considered for selection for both the upcoming events.
The Tri Series, which will feature New Zealand, Pakistan and South Africa, is slated to commence from the 8th of February and will be played until the 14th of February.

10th of February — South Africa versus New Zealand
12th of February — South Africa versus Pakistan

Following the conclusion of the Tri-Series, the 2025 edition of the Champions Trophy will kick off on 19th February and it will be played till 9th March, across three cities of Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi and in Dubai of UAE.
This forthcoming eight-team competition will feature 15 exciting encounters, promising a fully packed month of thrilling and top notch Cricket.
