PCB Confirms 25-Players of Pakistan Team for the Women's T20 World Cup 2024

In view of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday released a list of 25 players who will join the camp ahead of the upcoming series. The tournament will begin on October 03 and the final match will be played on October 20.
The PCB board has selected a total of nine batters, eight bowlers, six all-rounders, and two wicketkeepers for the 25-member squad preparatory camp.
All Pakistani women cricketers will join the camp on August 7 and will do fitness and various types of practices from 8 to 18 August. In this session, all the players will go through processes like medical screenings, fitness drills, and fielding exercises.

All-rounders: Fatima Sana, Aliya Riaz, Nida Dar, Syeda Aroob Shah, Rameen Shamim, and Tuba Hassan
Batters: Dua Majid, Ayesha Zafar, Omaima Sohail, Eyman Fatima, Gull Feroza, Iram Javed, Sadaf Shamas, Sidra Amin and Yusra Amir Fast
Bowlers: Neha Sharmin Nadeem, Diana Baig, Tasmia Rubab, Waheeda Akhtar and Zaib-un-Nisa Niaz
Spinners: Sadia Iqbal, Nashra Sundhu, Umm-e-Hani
Wicketkeepers: Najiha Alvi and Muneeba Ali
Pakistan Women's team is drawn in Group A of the T20 World Cup 2024, where the Women in Green will face India (6 October), Australia (8 October), Sri Lanka (11 October), and New Zealand (13 October) in the group stage.
