Players RCB will retain and release in the IPL 2023: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) once again bowed down in the playoffs after playing remarkably well in the league stage of the Tata Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. Under the leadership of Faf du Plessis, Bangalore reached the qualifier 2 of the tournament, however, their loss was destined at the hands of Rajasthan Royals (RR), who were beaming high on their confidence.

David Willey had an underwhelming season in the IPL for RCB in 2022. The Aussie all-rounder could only score 18 runs from his four outings and bagged just a single wicket with his bowling skills.

Anuj Rawat was given an extended run in the Tata IPL 2022 at the opening slot along with Faf du Plessis, however, the youngster couldn?t repay the faith shown by the franchise. Rawat scored just 129 runs from eight matches at a poor average of 16.13. Moreover, his strike rate remained on the slower side (109).
