IND vs AUS 2nd Test: With a win in the series opener, Indian boys under Jasprit Bumrah are 1-0 up in the series and also slapped the critics with this win. Now, with the skipper Rohit Sharma back in the side, India are sure to undergo some changes and here we are to predict India's Probable Playing11 for the Pink ball test match at the Adelaide Ovals.

The Cricket rivalry between India and Australia is breathing life into the red-ball cricket. The first Test of the India tour of Australia saw a historic 31k visitors at the stadium and over 96,000 in the three days of the test. This number was expected to cross the 1.5 million mark if the match would have lasted for five days.

The majority of the players in the first test played their roles to perfection and which management would want to tickle the winning combination of Perth? But, they have to, as the regular skipper is back in the side along with the regular number three of the Indian test team Shubman Gill.

To be true, there were a couple of loopholes in the team combination of the first test. Virat and Pant were the only two reliable players in the middle order where Pant always backs his way of playing against Australia. This left the middle order too vulnerable in the first test but now with the top-order batters returning to the squad, the new combination may fix this.

Let's take a look at the squad of India for the IND vs AUS 2nd test:

INDIA squad for 2nd Test

Abhimanyu Easwaran, Rohit Sharma(C), Virat Kohli, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, Sarfaraz Khan, Devdutt Padikkal, Nitish Reddy, Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, KL Rahul(WK), Rishabh Pant(WK), Dhruv Jurel(WK), Jasprit Bumrah, Akash Deep, Mohammed Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Harshit Rana.

India's Probable Playing11 for IND vs AUS 2nd Test

TOP ORDER- Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill

Rohit Sharma featured in the Prime Minister's XI vs India, a 2-day Warm-up Match with the pink ball. He looked a bit out of nick but he is all set to play the second Test. Although he batted at number 5 in the PM's XI vs India, allowing KL Rahul to open with Jaiswal, he is now a top-order player and can contribute best at the top. No reason for Rohit to play in the middle order.

Jaiswal has been a find for India in the past year. He has scored runs everywhere he landed and this is Australia-tour time. He got a big hundred in the second innings of 1st test and now, his confidence would be high for the second test.

Shubman Gill will replace Devdutt Padikkal at no.3. Padikkal had an opportunity at number three but he let it slip by. Gill looked fit and fully recovered in the PM's XI and he should be batting at 3.

MIDDLE ORDER- Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant

Virat Kohli got his 30th test century at Perth in the 1st test and his getting some runs in the first match of the series is a good sign for the Indian contingent. His presence with form in the middle-order is enough to fearmonger for the match.

KL Rahul did an excellent job at the top in the first test and runs from his bat would give some relief to the team. It is a bit injustice for him to move down the order after those innings in the first test, but these are forced changes.

Rishabh Pant is a killer against Australia and he proved the fact in the first innings of the Perth test where almost all batters faced difficulties to be at the crease.

All-ROUNDERS- Nitish Kumar Reddy, Washington Sunder

Nitish Kumar Reddy has caught everyone's attention on the international stage with his bowling and batting performances in the first test at Perth. No reason to move him from the 7th number. Washington Sunder didn't contribute much but his quality and controlled bowling helped maintain the pressure against the home team. He might get replaced by Ravi Ashwin as both bring the same skillset to the table.

BOWLERS- Harshit Rana, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj

It is unlikely that India would like to make any changes in the pace-lineup. Pace and accuracy by Bumrah, seam movement by Mohammed Siraj, and unpleasant length and line for batting by Rana make this line-up complete.

India's Probable Playing11

1- Rohit Sharma
2- Yashasvi Jaiswal
3- Shubman Gill
4- Virat Kohli
5- KL Rahul
6- Rishabh Pant
7- Nitish Kumar Reddy
8- Washington Sunder
9- Harshit Rana
10- Jasprit Bumrah
11- Mohammed Siraj
