Even before the start of IPL 2023, Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant was ruled out of the tournament due to an accident, and then Kolkata Knight Riders captain Shreyas Iyer was also ruled out of the tournament due to back pain. And now the big news is coming out of the playing of the Rajasthan Dance.

Actually, something happened after the Rajasthan Royals just played their last match with the Punjab Kings. While fielding, Jos Buttler took a brilliant catch of Punjab opener Prabhsimran off Holder's ball. Buttler injured the little finger of his left hand while taking the catch. Due to this injury, Buttler could not even come to play for the team. Ashwin came to open in his place.

In the post-match presentation ceremony, Rajasthan captain Sanju Samson informed that "Jos Buttler has several stitches on his finger, due to which he will not be present during the Delhi Capitals match."

Will Buttler be out of the tournament?

As soon as Sanju Samson told about the news of Jos Buttler's injury, the word started spreading fast among all the fans that he was out of the tournament. But the confirmation of this thing has not come from any base in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Royals medical team has given Buttler a one-match rest so that he can be fully fit for the next match.

Jos Buttler is the main batsman for the Rajasthan Royals. He scored a total of 863 runs in 17 innings for Rajasthan last year. The special thing about this entire inning was that his overall strike rate was 149 last season. Last year, he scored a total of 4 centuries.
