Vivo IPL 2021: Months ahead of Phase 2 of the Vivo IPL 2021, England?s and Rajasthan Royals (RR) wicket-keeper batsman Job Buttler has cleared his stance over his availability for the elite Indian tournament, which will begin in the third week of September.

The Vivo IPL 2021 was scheduled during the window of April -May however the tournament had to be halted due to covid19 virus breach inside the bio bubble of several franchises.

The senior BCCI officials unanimously decided to suspend the series on May 4th with just 29 games completed.

The revised dates and complete schedule for the Vivo IPL 2021 are yet to be released by the BCCI, however, it is learnt that the league will kick start once again in the UAE from September 19 to October 15.

?Usually the IPL does not clash with any international cricket. When it does clash, probably England will take precedence,? BBC quoted Buttler as saying.

In May, the managing director of the England Men?s Cricket team Ashley Giles informed that the English summer schedule for the IPL 2021 will not be changed.

The senior English wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler will feature in the 3 games T20I series against Sri Lanka, starting June 23.

Buttler is a key player for Rajasthan Royals (RR) and has scored over 250 runs in the first seven games of the Vivo IPL 2021.

If the reports are to be believed, all the IPL bound English players are likely to miss the Vivo IPL 2021 Phase 2. 

Here are a couple of IPL bound England players who are likely to miss the entire second half of the IPL 2021 Moeen Ali, Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer, Jason Roy, Eoin Morgan, Jos Buttler, Sam Curran, Tom Curran, Liam Livingstone, Chris Woakes, Sam Billings, Dawid Malan, Chris Jordan, Jonny Bairstow.
