IND vs AUS 4th Test: The third test between India and Australia ended in a draw after the rain spoiled the play on the final day. Now, the series is at 1-1 with two matches still to play. India need to win the remaining two matches, which can help them to win the ongoing series and also make it to the World Test Championship 2023-25 final.
The fourth game will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, which will begin on December 26. It is a Boxing Day test, which is the showcase piece of this series. India have tasted success at the MCG in recent times, and if they can do something similar here, they will retain the BGT trophy as well.
India will take the confidence forward after drawing the third test. They were behind most of the time, but the team showed great character. So can India win the fourth test to retain the BGT? Here, we will look at India's record and stats at the MCG ahead of the third IND vs AUS 4th Test.

Overall, India have played 14 tests at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and have won four, while Australia have won 8 games, and two have been drawn. But something to cheer for the Indian fans, as the last defeat for India at this venue came in 2011.
