The TATA IPL 2023 has a lot in store for the cricket community. It is going to be the longest season of the IPL in history. The games will be played over a two-month period starting on March 31, and going up to May 28. There will be many exciting games in this period too. The rivalries in the IPL will be revived. We will see Mumbai and Chennai go head-to-head, KKR and RCB locking horns, and Rajasthan and the Punjab Kings battling it out. Here is an in-depth look at all the details of these rivalry games:
TATA IPL 2023: Mumbai Indians VS Chennai Super Kings:
Dates: 8th April 2023 and 6th May 2023.
Venues: Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, and MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
Timings: 7:30 pm and 3:30 pm respectively.
Two games will be played in the TATA IPL 2023 showcasing the greatest rivalry in IPL history. The two most successful teams in the IPL will take on each other. These games are often called ?El-Classico? of cricket. The men in blue lock horns with the yellow army. These games have had several iconic moments. Kieron Pollard dropped Michael Hussey on 3 consecutive deliveries, Malinga won the title for MI in 2019 with a last-ball wicket, CSK got wrapped up for below 100 in the TATA IPL 2013 final, and the innings of MSD last season. TATA IPL 2023: Kolkata Knight Riders VS Royal Challengers Bangalore:
Dates: 6th April 2023 and 26th April 2023.
Venues: Eden Gardens, Kolkata, and M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore.
Timings: 7:30 pm and 7:30 pm onwards.

TATA IPL 2023: Punjab Kings VS Rajasthan Royals:
This is the North-Indian derby. These games are generally high scoring. We have seen many last-ball thrillers when the Punjab Kings take on the Rajasthan Royals. This time around we will see Yuzi Chahal taking on Shikhar Dhawan, Trent Boult going up against Liam Livingstone, and Jos Butler playing against KG Rabada. One can never forget the TATA IPL 2021 inning of Sanju Samson, in which 5 runs were required from the last ball and Sanju was caught in the deep after scoring a hundred.

Gujarat Titans VS Lucknow Super Giants:
Gujarat Titans VS Lucknow Super Giants is the latest formed rivalry. It is a conquest between two of their best friends, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul, both of them being the captains and speakers of their team in the public eye. The two games last time around saw the games move in favor of Gujarat Titans. In one of the games the Lucknow batting showed some spine, but in the second game Gujarat wreaked havoc with the ball.
Dates: 22nd April 2023 and 7th May 2023.
Venues: Ekana Stadium, Lucknow, and Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.
Timings: 3:30 om and 8:00 pm onwards.
Chennai Super Kings VS Royal Challengers Bangalore:
The last and the most awaited rivalry is the RCB and CSK rivalry. This rivalry began in the year 2011 when RCB took on CSK in the TATA IPL 2023 final. Since then RCN is yet to win a title. These games have shown us the battle between Chris Gayle and R Ashwin, Virat Kohli, and Ravindra Jadeja, and Glenn Maxwell and DJ Bravo. Similar impactful players will be on display in this rivalry game.
Dates: 17th April 2023.
Venues: M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Timings: 7:30 pm onwards.
