WPL 2025 auction: Get ready for another big auction to be held as the auction ahead of the third season of the Women's Premier League is just one sleep away. After the success of the first two editions, the third edition is likely to be even grander. And the auction will set the tone for the WPL 2025.
The highly anticipated event will kick off the preparation of the WPL 2025. All five franchises will be looking to pick the best possible players for their team that can help them lift the title. A total of 19 slots are available among the five teams, which will make it even more interesting.
The WPL 2025 auction is slated to take place in Bengaluru on Sunday, December 15. 400 players registered for the auction, but only 120 of them were lucky and will come under the hammer on Sunday. The list includes 91 Indian players (9 capped Indians), 29 overseas stars, and three players from Associate nations in the emerging category.
