World Cup 2023: Just another 3 days to go for the most anticipated international marquee event- ICC ODI WORLD CUP 2023. The pre-World Cup matches i.e., Warm-up matches are underway and India had their first warm-up match washed off due to rain. This post reads India's next warm-up fixture and the full World Cup 2023 Warm-up Schedule and Venues.
There are a total of 10 warm-up matches scheduled to be played within 5 days from 29 September to 3 October with one rest day on 1st October. 5 of those 10 games have already been played on the 29th and 20th of September and now the next 5 matches are slated to be played on the 2nd and 3rd of October.
India's warm-up game was scheduled with England on 30 September at Barsapara Stadium, Guwahati which was called off due to rain. Now, the second warm-up match of India is scheduled for the 3rd of October against the Netherlands at Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram.
Pakistan showcased an excellent batting performance in their first warm-up game against New Zealand but still lost the match. Rizwan and Babar are loving the surfaces here in Hyderabad.
On 2 October, there are two matches to be played. England is going to take on Bangladesh at Barsapara Cricket Stadium and at Thiruvananthapuram, New Zealand will lock horns against South Africa.
There are 3 matches fixed for the last day i.e., 3 October. Afghanistan vs Sri Lanka at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, India vs Netherlands at Greenfield International Stadium, and Pakistan vs Australia at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
