Vivo IPL 2021: The second phase of the Vivo IPL 2021 is just around the corner and the IPL franchise have already filled up their remaining slots for the remainder of the season. The remaining 31 matches of the Vivo IPL 2021 are slated to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the tournament is all set to commence on 19th September 2021 with Mumbai Indians (MI) settling down with Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

Ahead of the tournament, a few overseas players have pulled their names back. A couple of them have cited personal reasons while a few are pushed to miss the proceedings owing to their injuries.?

Rajasthan Royals (RR) is the worst hit by the withdrawal of its overseas players. Jos Buttler and Jofra Archer are confirmed to miss the league while there are some apprehensions revolving around Ben Stokes unavailability. 

Punjab Kings (PBKS) had two players who left the tournament midway. However, the franchise has named the replacements. Nathan Ellis and Adil Rashid have joined the squad. 

RCB has announced 4 newcomers in the squad as the replacement players. Wanidu Hasaranga, Dushmantha Chameera, George Garton and Tim David have been added to the arsenal.
