Eoin Morgan picks India as the strongest side in the T20 World Cup 2024; gives this massive reason behind his choice?

Former England cricketer Eoin Morgan picked Team India as the strongest side in the T20 World Cup 2024. He believes that their strength and depth are incredible and they are the strong favourites to win the tournament. 

The T20 World Cup 2024 is around the corner and all the teams have started reaching the USA and the Caribbean for the same. The tournament will begin on 2nd June and the final of the tournament will be played on 30th June. 

Coming to the Indian Cricket Team, they have reached New York and will be beginning their preparations for the T20 World Cup 2024 soon. They will be playing a warmup game against Bangladesh on 1st June and they will play their 1st game on 5th June against Ireland.?

India will be the strong favourites to win the T20 World Cup 2024 as they have named a pretty balanced squad with a combination of youth and experience. They would be keen to end their title drought and win their first-ever ICC title since 2013. 

Skipper Rohit Sharma would be keen to have his hands at the trophy. The Indian players looked in good touch during the IPL 2024. The squad players came up with decent performances and would be hoping to replicate the same in the tournament.?

Eoin Morgan stated that even if there are injuries, India has the strongest side in the T20 World Cup 2024. He highlighted the quality that the team possess and while talking to Sky Sports, he explained: 

"For me, the strongest side even with injuries throughout the tournament is India without a doubt. The strength and depth is absolutely incredible at the moment. We are talking about the players who missed out in the squad of 15 because of the quality they possess.?

Eoin Morgan further stated that India will be the favourites to the win the T20 World Cup 2024. He stated that they have a quality in the team and can beat anybody. He added:?

"They are favourites for me. The quality that they have on paper if they produce it I think they can beat anybody quite in the tournament."
