HCA President Mohammad Azharuddin in trouble, removed from the official post.

Former Indian cricketer and current Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) President Mohammad Azharuddin has been removed from the decorated position of president following the alleged violations of the rules and regulations.

Moreover, a show-cause notice has been issued to the former cricketer and will remain suspended till the course of the inquiries and allegations.

?After considering the complaints made by the members against you (Azharuddin), it was decided at the Apex Council meeting on the 10th of this month to issue a show-cause notice on the ground that you have acted in violation of the rules. The Apex Council is suspending you and your membership of HCA is being terminated until completion of the inquiry on these complaints," the showcase notice said.

The notice stated that the action against him will be taken if he fails to provide any proper explanations within a week of receiving the show-cause notice.

As per the reports, Azharuddin was secretly associated with a private cricket club based in Dubai. The club participates in the events that is not recognised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and which is against all its rules and regulations.

Azharuddin was elected as the President of Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) in 2019.
