Vivo IPL 2021: New Zealand confirms its Players availability for the IPL 2021 in the UAE.

Vivo IPL 2021: The persisting confusion amongst the IPL franchises officials regarding the availability of their overseas cricketers have begun to settle down as New Zealand chief David White has confirmed the presence of kiwi stars in the upcoming IPL 2021.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officials are in constant touch with their overs counterparts to put the curtain on all the jeopardy revolving around overseas cricketers and their presence in the second phase of the IPL 2021. Its been more than a month since the talks were initiated by the BCCI and the first positive outcome can be clearly seen.

The series of doubts with Kiwi cricketers expanded after Pakistan?s demand of two additional T20I matches with the New Zealand Men?s team before the T20 World Cup 2021. Although New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has not shown any disagreement regarding Pakistan?s demand, David White confirmed that their players will feature in IPL instead of the Pakistan series.

?New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson, Trent Boult, James Neesham, and Lockie Ferguson will feature in the second phase of the IPL 2021 in the UAE,? said David White, New Zealand Cricket Chief.

Vivo IPL 2021: New Zealand confirms its Players availability for the IPL 2021 in the UAE.

Kiwi players have a great influence on the IPL and have been part of the league for the longest time. Players like Kane Williamson, Trent Boult, James Neesham, Adam Milne and Lockie Ferguson have been consistent faces in the cash-rich Indian league.

Mumbai Indians (MI) will breathe a sigh of relief after the news as they heavily depend on Trent Boult and his services. Apart from him James Neesham and Adam Milne are also the part of Mumbai squad.

?We are much relieved now. BCCI are in talks with English and Australian boards to come to a consensus regarding this. Given April and May are earmarked for the IPL, they are right to raise their own objections, but we are now confirmed to witness New Zealand players in action,? one of the franchise officials told Cricket.com last month after hearing the rumours.
