Vivo IPL 2021 New Schedule: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday, 25th July unveiled the new schedule and fixtures for the much anticipated Vivo IPL 2021 phase 2 which has been shifted to the UAE. In the new schedule, the top BCCI officials revealed that the Vivo IPL 2021 Phase 2 will begin with Mumbai Indians (MI) clashing with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Dubai International Stadium, Dubai on 19th September.

Earlier, the cash-rich tournament had to go through an abrupt suspension after a couple of players contracted the covid-19 virus inside the bio bubbles of the franchises.

The BCCI was successful in organising 29 IPL 2021 games in India while the next 31 matches will be held in the UAE, as informed earlier.

The elite Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 second half will begin on 19th September while the final is all set to be staged on 15th October.

A total of 31 matches will be held in almost a month-long window.
